Baby Quilt for Grace

This quilt is for a baby who will be born sometime today.  Her name will be Grace.  Her Dad, Michael, lived next door to us when we lived in North Easton.  Michael, Sean, and Ryan were fast  friends when we moved there in December of 1988.  Sean was 10, Michael was 9, and Ryan was 7.   Time flies, and now Michael's daughter will be born today.  

This quilt is a Scrappy Trip from Quiltville. made with 2-1/2" strips from many quilts made over the past 4 years.  Quilted with a grid pattern.  The quilting looks great since I washed it today.   Easy and fun quilt.

It is backed with some Heather Bailey I bought last year at Gather Here in Cambridge and paper doll dresses and clothes.  Linking up to Crazy Mom Quilts Finish it up Friday.
